Scott Ford, CEO

⁠Scott Ford⁠ is a seasoned and visionary leader with over 25 years experience at the helm of successful software and technology companies. Prior to ⁠SparkRockets, Scott was the COO of ⁠Techstars⁠, the largest early-stage startup network in the world, where he led the organization’s accelerator footprint expansion to 50+ programs in 30+ cities in 13 countries across four continents, growing the Techstars portfolio from 10B to 160B during his tenure. Scott and his family live in Boulder, Colorado where he also teaches entrepreneurship at ⁠Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder⁠.

Wim De Pril leads technology for SparkRockets. Wim is a pragmatic leader and strategic thinker with 25 years of experience in analytics, software development and operations, Wim has a proven ability to lead all aspects of product development, technology strategy, architecture and analytics. He is adept at building and mentoring technology teams to design, build, deploy and operate technology and data solutions/products.

Frank Alfano leads sales and partnerships at SparkRockets. He is a results driven executive with 25 years of demonstrated business-building success. A fearless, collaborative team leader with a deep understanding of finance, sales, and business operations, Frank is highly skilled at identifying customer’s needs and building organizations that profitably deliver solutions.

Julie DiBiase leads branding and marketing communications for SparkRockets, bringing over 20 years of experience in technology, storytelling, and innovation for large health and entertainment brands. A creative and technology powerhouse, Julie earned her MFA in Film and Television from the University of Southern California, her PhD in Computer and Cognitive Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
